Entrants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry. Purchases made on prescription items and cigarettes are not eligible. Purchases made with Smart Pay or Company credit are not eligible. Purchases made at the Mega Café/food court or third party services (for e.g. Western Union, Bill Express etc.) are not eligible. All winners claiming their prizes must bring valid government issued photo identification (Driver’s License, Passport or National ID). Once the customer has made a purchase valued at J$6500.00 or more before GCT at any of the MegaMart locations, the customer is eligible for entry into the competition. Employees and employees’ immediate family (spouse, siblings, and their children over 18 years) of Cost Club/MegaMart Wholesale Club and Magna Motors Jamaica are NOT eligible to participate.

Winners will be contacted by MegaMart Wholesale Club Limited. All prizes must be redeemed within 5 business days after the winner has been notified. If the winner does not make contact with MegaMart on the fifth day, the back-up winner will be contacted. Individuals who have won a prize must present a valid ID (Passport, Driver’s License or National ID) to prove they are at least 18 years old. Any person who is 18 years old or older and presents a valid ID, will be confirmed as a winner. Prizes are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash and the determination of winners is final.  Once the above criteria are met and a prize awarded, any persons wishing to dispute the awarding of the prize should send communication in writing to the Betting, Gaming and Lotteries Commission. For each winner, a brand representative of the partnering brands and the MegaMart store manager will do the handover of the prize to the winner. There will be a photo op for the purpose of press and social media.
